So the other day we were talking about how lame it is that all the movies these days are just re-makes and 80's Sequels. Then we came the question: what would be the BEST 80's Sequel that they could make right now because all the actors are still around? Ghostbusters, hands down. And what do ya know, we looked it up and its in the works! Check it out

An 80s movie that's always stuck with me (though not in a good way) is Gremlins. Totally freaked me out as a kid.
Did you know there is a remake for Wizard of Oz in the works?

Ferris Bueller's Day Off!
Oh my gosh - this announcement just made my night, LOL!!! I'll have to check out the link! :) All of the '80's movies I can think of I wouldn't want to change! Pretty In Pink, The Outsiders (really - could you find a better looking cast than the original?!), Some Kind of Wonderful.. Great, now I want to rent all of these! LOL! :)
